Delivery/Shipping Policies

We ship United States Postal Service; however there are times when other carriers are used.

Shipping Charges

Shipping processing charges are calculated according to the chart below.

Order Status and Tracking

Please wait until 48 hours after you have placed your order to check the status. We strive to ship each order immediately for items in stock, but to be safe please allow 2-6 business days for your order to be shipped. Shipping time is 2-5 business days for orders shipped within the continental US. Packing and shipping times for International orders will vary by size and country.

Shipping Disclaimer

Please note we are a small privately owned business. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control may delay your order; such as national holidays or inclement weather, and we may not be able to contact everyone about their order when this happens. We are simply unable to post every circumstance possible that may affect the shipping of your order. We will do our absolute best to keep you as updated as we possibly can and we encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Back-Orders

We work as quickly as possible to keep our website as accurate as possible. On occasions items may be on backorder or no longer available from the manufacturer. You will be notified by email as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order, so please keep an eye on your email inbox.

Generally, we will not ship your order until all items are in stock and can be shipped at once, as typically this produces the lowest shipping charges. We work to get you your order in the fastest and most economical way possible. If a preordered or backordered item is expected to take longer than a week or two, we will contact you before shipping to see how you would like to proceed. If you have a preference, please let us know in the checkout comments section.

Rush Shipping

If you need overnight delivery or similar expediated shipping, please send us an email prior to placing your order. We require authorization by customer prior to shipment for approval of additional shipping charges (based on carrier rates) via email before we finalize and ship your order, so please be certain to check your email. We will process your order as soon as possible, but please be aware that most orders still require 1-7 days to process before they are ready to ship.

Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for printing before your order is shipped when personalizing your greeting cards.

Cancellation Policy

We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Changes In Your Order "Before" It is Printed.

If you notice an error in one of your order confirmations, please contact us immediately and we will try to stop your order and make the necessary changes before it is printed. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time. It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed at the printer.

Changes Or Errors In Your Order "After" It Is Printed:

In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording does get printed, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 40% discount.

If any order were to contain an error misprint caused by our staff or the printer, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.

Order Cancellation Policy for Greeting Cards

If you decide to cancel your order after it is processed and sent to be printed, you may incur a cancellation fee. Our consultants are trained to proofread all orders however, we cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names or anything out of the norm so please review your wording carefully. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation where you will be able to review the spelling of your text. Contact us immediately if you see you need to make a correction.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors without notice.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The billing address that you provide us with below must match the billing address to which your credit card statement is mailed in order for your credit card to be validated and processed. This is for both protection and ours in order to guard against credit card fraud. If you prefer to telephone your order, please call us at 516-652-8183 Monday - Friday from 9am to 4:30pm EST, or you may fax your order to 631-491-4817. Mail in orders are accepted if payment is made with a money order or cashier check. Money orders can be obtained through your local post office; other institutions offer tham as well but may often charge higher fees than the post office. We do not accept personal checks.

International Orders

If you would like an order shipped outside the United States, please send us an email prior to placing your order. We require authorization by customer prior to shipment for approval of international shipping charges (based on carrier rates) via email before we finalize and ship your order, so please be certain to check your email. We will process your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping. We take pride in customer service and strive to expedite every order. Therefore, it is important to fill out contact information accurately. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you.

Errors

If we have made a shipping error, please contact us immediately. Most often this means we will pick up the order at our expense, and once we have verified the error, send you the correct merchandise. If the merchandise is no longer available we will refund your purchase. Error claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of your order.

Shipping Damages

Please examine your package immediately upon receipt. If there is a shipping damage, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt, by email, and we will arrange for carrier to verify shipping damage. You must keep all shipment packaging, as the carrier may require it in order to verify damages. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item and we may require that the item be returned prior to exchange. If an item cannot be replaced due to unavailability, then we will refund your purchase.
