If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, simple return the item within 30 days from the date we ship your order and we will gladly refund your purchase, excluding shipping charges. We regret shipping costs are non-refundable. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all products. Returns must be pre-authorized. Please email us for a return authorization number and instructions on where to return the item. In order to process your return, we will need the order number from your invoice, original credit card number and expiration date. Items must be in original condition and in original packaging. Washed or laundered items will not be accepted.
All returns must have an authorization number. Under no circumstances can we issue refunds for items returned without their original packaging or sent back after 30 days from the date we ship your order.

Exchanges for a different product will be billed shipping charges. We will process your exchange upon receiving the returned product. However, if you wish to expedite your exchange, first make arrangements with us for the item(s) you wish to return and then place a new order for the new item(s) you would like to receive. We will bill and ship your new item(s) as soon as possible and then process your return upon receiving it and inspecting it.
If a product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately as it may be necessary for the shipper to inspect it for insurance claim reasons. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item and we may require that the item be returned prior to exchange. If an item cannot be replaced due to unavailability, then we will refund your purchase.
